A MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILY BUSINESS
Athena Veritas was founded by Steve Bolton with his three children, Charlie, Ella, and Jude. Together, they bring a rare combination of business experience, entrepreneurship, coaching, marketing, Gen Z insight, practical AI adoption, and lived human-AI partnership.
This multi-generational foundation matters. The Intelligence Age affects every generation. So the company helping people adapt should not be built from one generation's perspective alone.

Founder and ChairmanSteve Bolton is an entrepreneur, investor, and business builder with decades of experience building and backing companies. He founded and scaled a major UK franchise business and is Managing Partner of Bolt Angels. At Athena Veritas, Steve leads the company's vision, strategy, investor relationships, and commercial direction. His focus is helping SMEs use AI to unlock profitable and sustainable growth.

Managing DirectorAndy Knights is Managing Director of Athena Veritas and a founding investor. He joined full-time after leaving his CEO role in an £80 million private equity-backed business. Andy brings significant experience in scaling education, operations, commercial delivery, and leadership teams. His role is to help Athena Veritas turn its early proof into a scalable operating company.
