We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only where necessary with the following trusted service providers, all of whom are bound by data processing agreements:
Circle (Veritas Circle community platform): Participant names and email addresses are shared to enable access to our community platform. Circle is a US-based service and transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
Google Workspace: We use Google Workspace for email and document management. Correspondence containing your personal data may be stored within Google’s systems.
Zoom: We use Zoom to deliver online sessions and workshops. If you attend a recorded session, your name, image, and voice may be captured in the recording. Participants are informed before any recording takes place.
LinkedIn: If you interact with our LinkedIn presence or we use LinkedIn advertising, LinkedIn may process data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We may use LinkedIn tracking tools on our website, which is covered in our Cookie Policy.
Payment processor: Payment for programmes is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Email marketing platform: When we have selected an email marketing provider, we will update this policy to name them. Any provider we use will be bound by a data processing agreement.
We may also disclose your data where required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Athena Veritas, our participants, or others.
5. International Transfers
Some of our service providers, including Circle and Google, operate outside the UK. Where your personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on adequacy decisions, in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
